01. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting the LUTIFY Discord bot ("Application", "Service", "we", "us") to your Discord server or using any of its interactive features, commands, or audio streaming services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not invite, access, or use the Service, and you must promptly remove the Application from your Discord server.

02. Discord Terms of Service Compliance

LUTIFY operates strictly within the boundaries of Discord's platform. Users must comply with Discord's official guidelines at all times while utilizing our Service:

03. Description of the Service

LUTIFY is an audio streaming utility designed for Discord guilds. It processes command requests and resolves audio streams from third-party public audio platforms via standalone Lavalink node infrastructure.

Service Architecture Notice: LUTIFY acts solely as a real-time playback relay. The Application does not store, host, distribute, or index downloadable audio files on proprietary persistent servers.

04. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to misuse or exploit the Application. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Spamming bot commands or rapid interaction clicks intended to overload the bot, gateway, or audio nodes.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, bypass rate limits, or perform unauthorized testing against our API or Lavalink nodes.
  • Using the bot to stream illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful audio content.
  • Attempting to capture, record, or rip streamed audio data through the Application.

Violations of this section will result in immediate termination of service access, guild blacklisting, and reporting to Discord Trust & Safety if warranted.

05. Intellectual Property & Audio Rights

All audio tracks streamed through the Service remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective creators, publishers, and copyright holders. LUTIFY claims no ownership, copyright, or rights over any external media played by users.

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content made available through third-party services via our bot infringes upon your copyright, please contact us for immediate blacklisting of relevant identifiers.

06. Availability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.
  • All third-party audio search engines or nodes will maintain 100% uptime.
  • Voice connections will be resilient to Discord platform outages, socket dropouts, or network degradation.

07. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers, contributors, or operators of LUTIFY be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service.

08. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published directly to this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after such updates constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
